It is matter of pride to pen down the message for the annual report of HERBA GREEN PVT LTD. My heart fills with immense pleasure as I perceive the progress being made during the year 2022.
The seed of an idea sown in 2015 has quickly come to fruition, and HERBA GREEN PVT LTD is growing into a strong sapling. It is the endeavor of the directors and shareholders of the company, a smooth journey full of joy and discovery.
Considering the demand and the necessity to concentrate on lifting the progress of the Company into higher levels, I am proud to inform you that HERBA had made two divisions namely “Green Grass Heritage” and “Gold Berry Farm”, by the decision of the Board of Directors.
Green Grass shall function on its own business interest to promote the Tourism opportunity within the area by renting out the premises within HERBA GREEN property based on the mutual understanding and agreed financial benefits between HERBA GREEN and Green Grass Heritage.
Gold Berry Farm shall also function on its own business interest to promote the Herbal planting, Fruits and Cattle Farming activities by renting out the land within HERBA GREEN property based on the mutual understanding and agreed financial benefits between HERBA GREEN and Gold Berry Farm.
